Welcome to Four Seasons, AUT University’s premier fine dining restaurant offering classic New Zealand cuisine in the heart of the city.
Staffed by students in training and with indoor and covered outdoor seating options, Four Seasons is the perfect choice for a pre-theatre dinner or business lunch.
First class facilities and ambient surrounds make Four Seasons the ideal setting for group functions seminars, cocktail evenings or dinners.
Opening hours:
- Lunch (Tuesday to Friday) -12:00pm to 2.30pm (last reservation 1pm)
- Dinner (Monday to Thursday) - 6:00pm to 8.30pm (last reservation 6.30pm)
The restaurant is open during University semester times only. Reservations recommended.

AUT Winemakers' Series 2012 :
New Zealand’s finest winemaking regions are being showcased alongside delectable menus of local cuisine at AUT’s Four Seasons this year. Throughout the series guest winemakers will take diners through an interactive culinary journey, featuring five premium wines from each vineyard matched with a sumptuous five course degustation menu prepared by some of New Zealand’s best chefs teaching at AUT.
Seats can be secured by prepayment only at AUT's WH Level 2 reception, 49 Wellesley St East, Auckland. (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)
